Aoun cables condolences to Rouhani: this is proof that terrorism had no religion

NNA – President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun cabled his Iranian counterpart, Sheikh Hassan Rouhani, expressing condolences on the victims of the terrorist attacks that targeted the Iranian parliament building and the shrine of Imam Khomeini.
President Aoun condemned the attacks which left behind dead and wounded, saying “they prove that terrorism has no religion, and that it strikes with no humane or religious restrictions whatsoever.”
The President extended his condolences to the families of the victims and wished the wounded speedy recovery.
